Each of the six Referee Zones have partnered with their local Minor Hockey Associations to host Officiating Clinics across the Province.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CLINIC REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE VIA EHOCKEY. SEE BELOW FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS TO DO SO.
ATTENTION: All new officials will be required to complete the Hockey University Officiating online course prior to registering for a one-day in-class clinic. In order to do so, you will need to register for the "HU-Officiating 1/2" Clinic. The course will take you approx. three hours to complete. Once you have completed the online course, you can proceed to register for a one-day in-class clinic of your choice.
As a result of the addition of the online course, all in-class clinics have been reduced to one day. An on-ice component will be included during the one-day in-class clinic for all officials.
In-class clinics are listed in eHockey as private, meaning they aren’t open to the general public. In order to register for a clinic, visit the North Zone website, CLICK HERE, to view the zone clinic schedule. Choose the clinic you are interested in and contact the person listed. Note: Clinics aren’t open for registration until August 20th.
In order to register for a clinic on line you must have an "EHOCKEY" account, click the EHockey link on the left to be re-directed to the EHockey site and follow the steps to create your account or log in using your existing email and password. For a step by step tutorial on how to create a EHockey account, CLICK HERE.
After creating your account CLICK HERE to go be re-directed to the Dates and Locations section of the website and follow the appropriate steps to register.
More details on these clinics are available by contacting the Zone Clinic Coordinator or the local clinic contact listed on the website.
